Spiritual Direction is the cutting edge of what is next in the world of spirituality. It exists in the liminal space of not knowing. Spiritual direction invites a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human, bringing in more spacious awareness. Spiritual direction offers a safe place to be fully received, to reflect deeply on the experiences of your life, to discover God's presence and grace in your life, to explore prayer practices, meditation, spiritual experiences, and your desire for meaning. Spiritual direction is not psychotherapy, counseling, or financial planning.

Spiritual Directors listen and lead people to the arms of God. They accompany people on a spiritual journey, walking with them into the unknown, opening to the spirit where it wants to go. The purpose of Spiritual Direction is to support the directee in her or his personal relationship with God, and to deepen that person's ability to find Presence in ordinary life. Deep listening transforms lives through the art of spiritual direction, spiritual guidance, spiritual accompaniment, anam cara in Gaelic, and Hashpa'ah in Hebrew.

The meetings take place in a convenient location or on Zoom, usually once  a month for an hour. What is shared in the meetings is held in confidence.
